In Loving Memory: Leslie Johnson

After Leslie was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon cancer which spread to his liver in mid April 2008 he passed away January 20, 2009. He was getting a physical to go airborne.
For his treatment Leslie was active duty Army at Ft. Polk, LA and was allowed to goto MD Anderson for treatments in Houston,TX.
Leslie was in the best spirits during his last few months and made everyone around him who was upset feel at ease and more comfortable themselves.He was the best father,brother,uncle,brother-in law, nephew and cousin a family can ever have.Leslie told some of us in the family to “never stop running.”
Leslie served in the Army in Panama, Bosnia, Iraq, Afganistan, and of course the United States. He was in active duty Army for 22 years as a Military policeman.He loved his country and particularly the U.S. Army.
Leslie is survived by Arvid and Norma Johnson(parents), Dan Johnson(brother),Susan Laack(sister),Randy Johnson(brother),Rick Johnson(brother),Linda Johnson (sister), Jeff Johnson(brother),Brad Johnson(brother),and Tammy Ellison(sister).
